Symptoms that generally announce prostate problems

Prostate problems become more common as our life expectancy increases. And although older men are the first to be concerned, prostate disorders can affect men at any age. In general, the most common symptoms of prostate disease are problems in the urinary tract:
  • A weak and/or intermittent urine flow
  • Difficult start to urinate
  • A need to urinate frequently
  • Urges to urinate
  • Frequent waking up at night due to urges to urinate
  • The feeling of full bladder even after you have finished urinating
If you observe blood in your urine or have pain in the back, hips or pelvis, visit immediately your doctor. Visiting your GP or urologist does not necessarily imply medical or surgical treatment, but a professional examination will allow your doctor to choose the most suitable solution for you based on the precise diagnosis.
